Reflection
In today's society, it is important to teach the correct uses of digital technology and provide equal access to all students.
The Assistive vs. Adaptive Paper is directly related to the part of this standard related to equitable access. All students should be able to actively participate in an or all technology-based activities, no matter what exceptional abilities or limitations they may have.
The Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) that I completed promoted social interaction and reinforced ethical uses of information.
In order to gain feedback from students and colleagues, i created the Online Design Guide Evaluation Form. This form also largest the proper ethical use of images on the website and serves as a reminder for students to correctly cite ownership of images.
I believe my paper on Academic Misconduct in Distance Learning provides avenues in which unethical conduct can be policed and reduced. All of these concepts are very important in producing a learning environment based on honesty and integrity that can be shared by all students.
